Angel Like You!!!

                                   "BE AN ANGEL DAY"........Sunday, 22nd August.
This is the day on which people around the world are encouraged to be like the angels - God's selfless servants. Do one small act of service for someone; be a blessing in someone's life.
We, at TENDRIL are going to celebrate it on friday, 20th august, as sunday is a holiday. We take the children to the orphans' home where in we  encourage them to spend quality time with the kids over there. Then we move on to a mall and let the children entertain the crowd with their fun-based activities(pre-designed by the teachers).
We request the parents  to send a snack box with each child which they can give away to the orphans.We can even help you regarding the items in the snack box which can be any of the following.

  • Cookies.
  • Pastries.
  • Wafers.
  • Fruits.
  • Any dry snacks like samosa etc.                                                                                                                                           
And again this is not a compulsion. You can go for it only if you wish to and if you feel it wholeheartedly.I'd like to  request the parents to enroll the child's name if you wish to go for this program.You can either enroll the name at school or post a comment over here giving your kid's name.

Sounds good for me. Kiddies going to elder ones to help, infact they ll be happy.
